Melissa Franklin
Melissa Franklin founded Structure Innovations after years in education leadership, where she witnessed brilliant people burning out, losing themselves in systems that weren’t designed for them.
As a former principal, coach, and mother, she saw what happens when ambition outpaces alignment—and she knew there had to be a better way.
